Position Description
The hostel offers accommodation and a salary and is seeking a committed individual who can stay for a minimum of two months. While you will typically be assigned to a specific department, there may be occasions when you are asked to assist in other areas as needed. Reception duties will include tasks such as making reservations, checking guests in, answering phone calls, processing payments/refunds, and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay. In addition to reception duties, housekeeping responsibilities will involve maintaining the cleanliness of our rooms, courtyard, and main bungalow common area, as well as handling laundry. Whether you are on reception or housekeeping, you may also be involved in promoting and organizing parties and social activities at the hostel.
