Position Description
Join in managing our cozy 14-bed hostel for our second season! With my part-time schedule, I need help with check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, breakfast, and ensuring guests have a great stay. Volunteers share a small bunk room, use shared bathrooms, and have access to the kitchen with breakfast included. Expect about 5 hours of work per day, 4-5 days a week, with flexibility depending on occupancy. During downtime, explore or relax. Responsibilities include reception, social media, cleaning, breakfast, laundry, gardening, and being on-call from 7am to 5pm for guests or emergencies.

I volunteered here before the accomo was open. I was the solo volunteer, but it meant I got to spend heaps of time with my thoughts, and exploring! I was able to get to know the area to its full potential, as well as myself! Laurie was always super helpful, and reasonable with the tasks I was asked to complete. Overall was a rewarding experience, and I would recommend this area to nature lovers and go-getters!
