Position Description
Seeking a volunteer who can dedicate approximately 20 hours per week (5 days) to manage the front desk, assist with daily cleaning and organizing, create a friendly atmosphere within the hostel, offer guests advice and directions, and address any unexpected issues. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated and have previous hostel or hospitality experience, be people-oriented, have a fondness for the arts, possess knowledge of plant-care, and be dependable, courteous, and willing to undertake personal projects to enhance the hostel’s appeal. Innovative ideas are welcome! As we frequently receive guests who speak only Spanish or English, we are specifically seeking bilingual individuals who can communicate fluently in both languages.
