The hostel is a cosy Mediterranean home with boho touches, sunny rooftop hammocks, big breakfasts, and good humans from everywhere. We’re downtown Faro, next to the train & bus stations — and just 6 km from the airport. Faro beach? Just a 20-minute boat ride away.

Position Description
There are currently 3 positions
1) Reception; 2) Housekeeping; 3) Bartending
You’ll be part of a relaxed, social, and supportive hostel community. We offer a bed in the shared staff room, full access to kitchen, free laundry and plenty of time to enjoy our beautiful, authentic Portuguese house. Mornings start with freshly made pancakes, and our rooftop hammocks overlook the stunning Faro marina.
We’re a semi-offline hostel, so phones are off during shifts and in shared social spaces. We only hire sociable, present people who truly enjoy engaging with others. While our atmosphere is fun and friendly, we are NOT a party hostel. We take our work and our shifts seriously and support each other like a true community.
We’re looking for adaptable, respectful, and motivated individuals who are genuinely sociable and bring positive, friendly energy to the team.
